I highly recommend the John Rittenhouse Team at EXP Realty. Erica and John were extremely helpful through the entire process of selling our home. There were some improvements needed after an inspection, and they recommended highly qualified Contractors for the work. The website presentation of the House was impressive, including a photographic walk through presentation that we believe offered an important “preview” for prospective buyers and other Realtors. As a result, a majority of prospective buyers had an interest in house and considered making an offer. Negotiations with buyers making offers can be stressful. Erica and John did a great job resolving any issues that can complicate the selling process.
